EXECUTIVE CORPORATE CHEF SCOTT ALBRECHT
Scott is a Las Vegas native with over 38 years culinary experience. His past accomplishments includes the opening team for 5 major casinos in Las Vegas. Including Excalibur, Aladdin, Silverton and Texas Station. He was the Executive Chef for the famous Tropicana Hotel & Casino. In 2010 Scott joined the Award Winning Culinary team at the Chef's Catering where he is the V.P. Executive Corporate Chef. He is in charge of food and beverage production.
